Hi Never:

Your drying hair/skin may be a lack of water intake. (some dehydration).

Make sure you drink ';alot'; of water daily. I have heard Distilled is the best for you to drink or better yet, get a water conditioner that goes on your sink facet so it will ensure safer drinking water for you.

It will most defenelty help your dry hair and skin. I have the same prob. because I am a

heavy soda drinker instead of water. Am trying to get into the habbit now. (Also, have heard your Thyroids can contribute to this..?.';

As far as a good moisterizing shampoo/conditioner, not sure. Maybe Paul Mitchell. My advice- Get your inside healthier and it will make your outside healthier.

God Bless, Know how you feel. :)
been there done that...if you are a morning shower person, treat your hair to an over nite VO5 treatment. Then use shampoo and conditioner for dry hair in the am.
pureology hydrate is awesome, but it is kinda pricey. try buying it from ebay. that will help.
