I need a good non-expensive shampoo and conditioner for my curly hair...?

I'm white and have naturally curly hair. I use to use Garnier Fructis but that dried out my hair. Then I tried Hairapy Captivating Curls from Sunsilk and that turned out bad. So I'm looking for something that will keep my hair from frizzing, will make it soft, smells good, etc. I want hair like the celebrities haha. So I need a good, cheap in price but not in value shampoo, conditioner, and product like a cream or serum. Any advise?I need a good non-expensive shampoo and conditioner for my curly hair...?
L'oreal Vive Pro Nutri Gloss for curly hair or the Hydra Gloss for dry hair are really good. The conditioner literally melts out the knots in my hair and is very moisturizing. Also if you have a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods check out the products there. HTH! :)
