What shampoo brands actually do what they say and aren't expensive?

Like if Aussi says, I'll make your hair pin-straight. Or if Herbal Essences says, I will make your hair shiny, smooth, and non- frizz, but it really doesn't work. Well, I wanna know the brands that do what they say and you aren't getting ripped off. Got any answers?What shampoo brands actually do what they say and aren't expensive?

Stick to something such as tresem茅 or pantene pro v, both of which contain similar, and sometimes identical ingredients as most salon brands.
sunsilk, they got a range for all different hair types and are very affordable. sometimes just a pound a bottle i love them :)
